Founded by Kimberly Neals, M.A., Ray of Hope was created to bridge the gap between families and the child welfare system. With years of hands-on experience as a child welfare supervisor, trainer, and parent coach, Kimberly recognized the urgent need for compassionate, practical, and culturally responsive support for parents and caregivers

She has worked closely with families involved in DSS, foster care, and community systems, helping them understand expectations, build real-life skills, and restore hope. At Ray of Hope, we do more than provide services—we walk alongside families as trusted partners on their journey toward stability, reunification, and long-term success.
