Foster Care Navigation
The child welfare system can feel overwhelming and confusing. Our Foster Care Navigation service helps families understand the process and feel confident every step of the way. We assist with:
- Understanding case plans and requirements
- Preparing for court and professional meetings
- Communication with social workers, attorneys, and service providers
- Advocacy and education for parents and caregivers
- Strengthening family engagement and reunification readiness
